Develer20 is a program aimed at encouraging software development in the staff's free time, through economical and technical contributions.

In particular, Develer20 wants to be an incentive for:

* Planning, designing and implementing any new software, both open source and commercial.

* Providing patches to already existing open source programs and libraries (perhaps created during working hours, but that one can never find the time to clean up and send to maintainers. .

Our developers, who are engaged in the Develer20 program, will be paid at full price in their free time to work on a project of their own creation or to contribute to an already existing open source project. Then, working all week for Develer, they will have an entire hacking Saturday paid.

All Develer facilities (computers, server with all services, Internet) are at the disposal of Develer20 projects. If necessary, we can consider buying new hardware.
