Rewriting and modernization of a CAD software for technical drawing.

The new application is cross-platform (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux) and presents a graphic interface corresponding to modern usability standards. The application hosts cutting-edge technical solutions, such as the background calculation of geometrical data and the automation of many repetitive tasks.

An important result that we accomplished is the pervasive modularization of the codes, which made it possible to realize more customised versions of the application in a very short time.

The correctness of the program functionalities is controlled through a suite of automated tests.
